1. To participate in the BidBuddy $2K program, contractors must be licensed and insured in their respective state.
2. Contractors must agree to the terms and conditions of the program before participating.
3. The bonus offered to homeowners is a minimum of $2,000 or .005% of the home's selling price, whichever is higher.
4. The bonus will be given to the homeowner at the close of escrow on the sale of their property.
5. To qualify for the bonus, the homeowner must list their property for sale within 12 months of the start of the renovation project.
6. The homeowner must agree to a 4-month listing agreement at the agreed fair market value with a standard 6% commission (3% to the listing agent, and 3% to the buyer's agent).
7. The bonus will be offered again if the homeowner purchases a replacement property with the help of a BidBuddy affiliated real estate agent.
8. The contractor will be paid the full amount of their bid upfront by BidBuddy.
9. After the first year of membership, a $1,897/yr fee will be charged to the contractor's account, but they may opt-out at any time.
10. BidBuddy reserves the right to terminate a contractor's membership if they do not comply with the terms and conditions of the program.
11. By participating in the BidBuddy $2K program, contractors agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
