Buyer's Agent: With buyer’s consent, acts exclusively for the buyer, upholding similar fiduciary duties as the seller’s agent.
Dual Agency: When representing both seller and buyer, the agent maintains fiduciary duties to both, with strict adherence to confidentiality and informed consent.
